“My work explores landscapes, and character narratives, with focus on children’s stories. I have a background in textile design, being an experienced hand-weaver, and working with brands on illustrated textiles to bring their stories to life. I believe illustration helps to communicate raw feelings through visual worlds, and lasting impressions for both children and adults. I love to collaborate with brands who are creating a visual identity and to create books of all kinds. It’s a beautiful thing to tell a story and have it be remembered.”
Jackie Thomson is a West Coast based illustrator.
